Who We Are
Dan Joseph
A unique talent in the industry, Dan Joseph is known for innovative moderating techniques, on-the-spot flexibility, and an infectious dynamism that evokes enthusiastic, honest participation from each and every respondent, all while keeping client goals at the forefront.
Equally at home with preschoolers, kids, teens, and adults, Dan is a sincere and genuine kids person, adept at gently peeling back layers of reluctance to reveal respondents’ deeper feelings and underlying motivations, instrumental in fueling the unique psychosocial analysis that brings consumers to life for clients.
Dan brings passion, dedication, and skills from a 12-year teaching career and 10 years in children’s media to his moderating. Each ethnography or focus group, whether in-home, in-school, or in a facility, is infused with his passion for education and media, strong group management skill, and gregarious warmth.
Dan has degrees in Psychology and Child Development from Connecticut College. In the children’s domain he is a published author, has a music CD, and has written several musicals.
